On top of a hill with a dream view, to the area near Ericeira and close to the Mafra forest, we challenged the architect Telmo Rodrigues to design 2 Dream Villas, modern residences that embody the essence of contemporary luxury with a linear design.

They share a modern style, essential architecture, intelligent spatial distribution, and the prominent presence of nature and water, in the form of pools and reflective surfaces. These two houses, independent of each other, are in fact the concept of two halves of a single essence, carrying distinct yet complementary aspects, like the two sides of the same coin, referring to the concept of Yin and Yang.

The house representing Yin is characterized by soft lines, relaxing tones, and a serene atmosphere. Plenty of vegetation and vertical gardens enhance its interior, which features spacious and fluid areas to emphasize harmony and tranquility. The house symbolizing Yang, on the other hand, has a more angular and robust aesthetic, with modern, contrasting materials. Its interior is dynamic and energetic, with a large space reserved for sports cars, inspired by activity and vitality.

Both houses were designed with an optimized layout of social and private spaces. The outdoor infinity pools offer a refreshing retreat, while the suspended terraces provide breathtaking panoramic views and unforgettable locations for private social events.

This combination of homes is a unique work of modern architecture, both imposing and welcoming, designed to offer residents an exceptional living experience where elegance and practicality are perfectly balanced with the harmonious surrounding nature and the profound duality of Yin and Yang.
